All orders within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $12 per order regardless of how many items are in your cart This will be added in the final pages of our checkout,
Many of our items are Pre -order and the expected release dates are mentioned in product descriptions. This date shows when we expect to have products in our office ready to be posted. Most items do arrive earlier and are sent before the expected date however there can also the occasional delay. We always endevour to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can but please bear with us if they are delayed it will be well worth the wait!!
All orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel service and tracking is available on all orders except free shipping items.
Please note as we are a small business we unfortunately cannot be liable for any missing parcels. However in the case of an order not being received we will contact Australia Post to lodge a missing parcel enquiry and endevour to have the issue resolved.
Parcel Post does not include insurance but we are happy to arrange signed delivery upon your request. Please be aware there will be an extra charge for this service.
Lil Muse will only offer cash refunds for purchases that are defective or faulty. For all other issues, including sizing, we will happily accept returns and a store credit will be provided.
All return requests must be lodged by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
If a return is approved the return address will be provided . The item is to be returned to our office within 5 working days with all (if any) tags attached, in original packaging and in unworn condition.
Please note: If item is returned without tags, packaging, with makeup marks, perfume or has been washed Lil Muse reserves the right to refuse refund/store credit or deduct a repackaging fee.
Clearance items and reduced items are not able to be refunded, exchanged or returned.
If the item is found to be faulty, return postage will be refunded but please note we will not refund express postage so please send by regular parcel post. Return postage will not be refunded for change of mind or sizing.
Please Note: Items may arrive from time to time unlabelled or tagged. It does not mean in anyway that the garment is not brand new. This does however help keep the garment pricing down.
We suggest to Hand Wash all garments in cold water to protect fabric and Colour
